1. Personalisation items will be delivered 14 - 28 days from receipt of your order. 2. Personalised items are excluded from our normal 30 day return period and from your right of cancellation. You may only return such goods if they are faulty or damaged and supported by photographic evidence. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars, fragrances and supplements where the seal has been broken are also excluded from return. 3.
