GUARANTEE

All products sold by Decor&More are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. Should any product you purchase from us prove to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material within 12 months of the original purchase date, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you upon return of the item. If we are unable to replace the item, we will give a full refund upon return of the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

LIABILITY

We endeavour to ensure that the information available on the Kleeneze.com/KLife.co.uk sites are accurate at the time of writing.

We cannot accept liability for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the website and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed products at any time. We will though do our best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

We make every effort that our website is safe and secure. As such our site is accredited with Norton Secured status. However we do not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

DELIVERY

We currently deliver within UK only: to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Offshore Islands, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly.

We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

Orders delivered to anywhere in the UK will be charged at £3.99. At certain times we may offer free delivery on either individual items or orders.

We will typically aim to get your product to you within 7-10 working days. However, items we personalise for you are likely to take longer. Personalised items will be delivered 14 - 28 days from receipt of your order.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return your item for any reason, at any time within 30 days of receipt, for a full product refund, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. Please be advised that there are some exceptions to items you can return.

All personalised items, unless the product is faulty or the personalisation is not as you instructed, are excluded from our 30 day return period, as is pre-recorded material, software and, where the seal has been broken, fragrances. Mobile phones are also non-returnable if activated. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars are also excluded from return. You may only return these items if faulty or damaged. Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

In the event that you change your mind and you want to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. If you have received the goods then you should not use them and should return them in their original packaging. Any cost in returning them will fall upon you, the consumer. For all goods cancelled and returned to the address below, the original purchase price paid by you (including the cost of standard delivery) will be promptly refunded to you, as in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds will be credited to the card that made the original purchase.

Be advised you can only cancel an item if you have not used the item. Any item which has been personalised for you cannot be cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our systems begin processing your online orders as soon as they are placed. It is not possible to change or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you wish to cancel any item(s), you will need to wait for your order to be delivered. You may then return your item(s) direct to us using our normal returns policy.

Note if you placed an order via your local distributor at the doorstep and not online via our official website, then please contact your distributor direct with full details of the order you wish to cancel.

COMPLAINTS

We pride ourselves on providing customers with high standards of customer service. Should you have a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible. We will deal with all complaints promptly (within 72 hours) and fairly. Please do contact us immediately via our Contact Us form and we will get back to you shortly.

When using the Decor & More website you will be asked to provide information about yourself. This information is needed to process and deliver the goods you have ordered.

We will ask for your name, e-mail address and postal address. These details will enable us to process your order and contact you in the event of any queries. We will also ask for your telephone number, so that we can contact you urgently in the event of any problem with your order. We will communicate with you by e-mail or telephone.

We may also use the information we hold to notify you of important changes, new services and special offers. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
